Call for Papers

We invite researchers, scholars, and industry professionals to submit their latest research results in engineering, physics, and biosensors.

Topics of Interest

Contributed papers must be new research works and are solicited in the following subject areas (but not limited to):

Submission Guidelines

Full Guidelines

Early Submission

  • Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 300 words.
  • Please define clearly the objective, methodology, results, and conclusion of the work.
  • Include 4-6 keywords.
  • Author names and affiliations must be clearly indicated.

Full Paper Submission

  • Full papers should be 4–8 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Use the official ICEBA 2026 template (Springer format — available on the Templates page).
  • Submit files in PDF format via the Microsoft CMT system.

Publication Opportunities

The authors submit abstracts by subject area (or 8 sessions) with the abstract submission deadline (June 1, 2026). The authors also must select for publication in one of four journals. The Publication Committee will read the abstract and check its suitability for the submitted paper's subject area. Authors will receive feedback (Abstract notification) on June 15, 2026. All authors must submit full papers (Full manuscript submission) before July 15, 2026. The Publication Committee will check the format, number of pages, and copyright/plagiarism and notify authors of the full paper status (Manuscript notification) before August 1, 2026. Authors must complete the full paper and submit it directly via one of the 3 journal links or ICEBA2026 website (Book Series of Springer Nature) (Final manuscript submission) before September 1, 2026. All full papers after reviewing process will be published on 1 of 4 publications after 1 December 2026:
